The DC Office of Wage-Hour selected The Vets Group to assist with promoting a Public Education Program designed to inform District employees of DC Wage Laws, Commuter Benefits, and First Source requirements.

This form will be used to link you to 3 of the DC Wage Laws and confirm your contact information as a DC Employee.

By completing the survey questions below your name will be entered for a chance to win a $25 Amazon Gift Card. Drawings are held every Friday. Once your name has been entered, You will remain eligible unless you are selected. You can only win once. You will be notified promptly if you are a winner!
