The Technology Training for Aspiring Professionals Program (TTAPP) is a program that offers Black Veterans, Women, and People of Color with an opportunity to advance their digital skills and workforce development opportunities.

Tuition and fees are not required.

Candidates must meet the requirements to qualify for program:

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Proof of US citizenship or Permanent Residency
  • HS Diploma or GED
  • Desktop or Laptop Computer and Internet access
