Dive into the world of AI

April 21, 2026

We participated in the Youth AI Forum to help bring better understanding of AI concepts, adoption, and efficiencies needed in today’s labor market for the audience of young adults.

The young adults between the ages of 18 – 28 were looking to the panelists for specific and best guidance. A golden opportunity to share AI insights that are most aligned with our expertise and work.

Noting that the panel was 60 minutes long and the panelists had about 15 minutes for questions at the end.

We spoke in front of about 25 – 30 participants. The majority of the attendees were trainees in the health (MA’s) and construction/HVAC area. Majority of the others are considering administration work, or a career in the hospitality industry. Some may not even know where they want  to invest themselves yet. So our messaging spoke to layering AI efficiencies for workforce and workplace success.

Panelists were:

1. Colleen Sasser: VP, AI National Academy

2. Noel Shatananda: VP & Chief Delivery Officer FusionSpan

3. Joe Wynn: President & CEO Vets Group Training Academy

4. De’Mark Bowman: Assoc. Director of Talent Acquisition, Friendship Public Charter  School

Moderated by:
Mirin Phool: ED Jubilee Jobs (Colleen Sasser will step in as well)

Post panel Collen Sasser, along with Jubilee Jobs IT staff, led us into innovative and exciting small groups with an AI Assisted Hands-On project. There was a 90 minute job readiness resume building session using AI as well. It provided excellent learning at multiple levels.
